ABOUT THE AWARDS

The Ghana TVET Excellence Awards is a joint initiative funded by the German Federal Ministry for Education, Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMBFSFJ) and the Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET).

The Awards are designed to recognize, reward, and promote excellence in Technical and Vocational Education and Training across Ghana.

Purpose

The Awards aim to:

  • Encourage high-quality delivery of TVET education and training
  • Strengthen industry linkages and promote workplace collaboration
  • Celebrate exceptional achievements by institutions, students, and practitioners
  • Improve the visibility and image of TVET as a driver of national development
  • Inspire innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the TVET ecosystem
